The Grow Global Accelerator is an initial 12-month programme where we work collaboratively with you to define your personalised roadmap for international growth using digital channels. Work with us intensively over a period of months to build your digital foundations, set your digital direction, enter new international markets and achieve high online growth globally.
We work with you every month to optimise, monitor, replan and provide implementation support, so you can move in the right direction at a faster pace.
We work through our tried and tested Grow Global 6-step Method.
We know time is of the essence when you’re running a business, so we won’t hold you back with full days out of the office in a training room. The Digital Business Accelerator runs remotely on a monthly basis, with regular intensive one-to-one sessions with our experts. You can either have two or four sessions per month, depending on your needs, schedule or the speed you want to progress.
We are happy to work alongside our clients’ in-house digital teams or digital agencies for even better results.
There is no set time limit to our programme, however most clients will see substantial online growth after 12 months. We even have clients who have achieved 10x growth in international online sales in 3 years.
