Here’s how it works:
- An initial Skype or telephone conference for 30 minutes with our specialist partner to build an understanding of your company’s direction, capabilities and current thinking on selecting international markets
- Our consultant will then source data, specific to your product or service, to complete a bespoke international market prioritisation analysis
- A further Skype session for 1 hour to share the results, as well as coaching you on how to continue prioritising markets. Face-to-face meetings are also available.
